Eligibility & offers
Instant eligibility check and product recommendations
A full credit decisioning engine and finance calculator runs your bank's own credit policy on every lead, in seconds. Agents see what the customer qualifies for, and the best offer, while the customer is still on the call.
- Personal finance and every credit card type
- Your bank's own credit policy matrix
- Your credit team still makes the final decision in your loan system.
How the engine works
Your credit policy, applied to every lead
Assenta reads your policy matrix: the same segments, rules and rates your credit team sets. For each lead it checks every product option, shows the numbers an agent can quote, and gives the reason for every rule that fails.
01
What goes in
- Salary, and accountable income from allowances and other income
- Employer, its category and whether it is on your approved list
- Length of service, age and nationality
- Salary transferred to the bank, or not
- Declared monthly obligations and card limits
- Household details for the living budget
- Any live pre-approved offer
Missing facts are marked "Ask the customer", so the agent knows what to ask next.
02
What the engine checks
- Your policy matrix, for every personal-finance variant and every card type
- Debt burden ratio and your limit rules
- Minimum income, length of service and age
- Affordability against a monthly living budget
- Employer status, products allowed and exposure cap
- The pre-approved offer ceiling
03
What the agent sees
- Eligible or not, for every option
- Maximum amount, instalment, tenor and profit rate
- The reason for every rule that fails
- The salary-transfer what-if
- The three best offers, with the pitch written
In seconds, on Lead 360 and on the call card, while the customer is still on the line.
In detail
01
Every variant, every card
New finance, top-up and buy-over, each with the salary transferred and not transferred, plus every card type. All checked against your policy matrix in one run.
02
The maximum amount
The lower of two figures: the debt-burden headroom, turned into an amount over the policy tenor and rate, and your limit rules, such as a fixed maximum, an income multiple or a limit cap.
03
Instalment, tenor and profit rate
Worked out from the matrix for each option. The profit rate includes the adjustment for the employer's category, the same rate your pricing uses.
04
Affordability
Accountable income counts a share of allowances and other income, net of deductions. A monthly living budget caps the instalment at what the customer has left each month.
05
Reasons, not just a no
Every rule that fails is shown with its reason, such as an instalment above the monthly living budget. The agent can request an exception from the same screen, through your approval chain.
06
Salary-transfer what-if
What the customer gets with the salary transferred, and without. When the transfer brings a higher amount or a lower rate, the agent has a reason to ask for it.
07
Pre-approved ceiling
With a live pre-approved offer, the amount never goes above it: net cash for top-ups and buy-overs, the amount for new finance, the limit for cards. The offer's own rate and tenor apply.
08
Another product that fits
Customers who are not eligible for what they asked for, but are eligible for something else, are surfaced with the best alternative and its potential value.
Policy check and Ask the policy
Policy answers in plain words, during the call
Policy check opens from the eligibility section and from the call card, before or after an eligibility check. The agent switches between personal-finance and card options, and between salary transferred and not, and sees your policy against this customer.
- Each rule marked Meets, Below policy (with a request-exception link) or Ask the customer
- Minimum and maximum amount, what limits it, the tenor range and the profit rate
- The customer's pre-approved offer, with a warning when today's policy supports less
- The salary-transfer what-if, with a selling point when the transfer helps
Ask the policy
The agent asks Assenta AI in plain words, for example: "Can he get 300,000 over 60 months if he transfers his salary?" Assenta AI answers from the values on the screen only, in the agent's language. It treats a pre-approved amount as a hard cap and never promises approval. Every question is logged.
Product recommendations
The three best offers for every customer, with the pitch written
Assenta ranks every offer the customer is eligible for by fit, value, affordability and approval odds, and keeps the top three, each with its reasons.
- Assenta AI drafts the phone pitch and the WhatsApp message, in English or Arabic, in your bank's name and the agent's.
- Pre-approved offers, top-ups and cross-sell, all in the ranking.
- Accept sets the product and schedules the follow-up. Dismiss hides the offer.
- On the call card, an accepted offer is also written into the call notes.
- With AI switched off, a template writes the pitch, so the agent always has one.
Built into the daily work
Wherever the agent meets the customer
On the call
Out-bound and in-bound call cards show the facts eligibility needs, flag what is missing and run the check without leaving the call. Details, obligations and the living budget open as dialogs while the call timer keeps running.
On the lead
Lead 360 shows the debt burden gauge, the living budget, every product checked and the best offers, next to the customer's history.
Before the application
The pre-submission check warns when eligibility was never run, is out of date, or no option passes, before the agent keys the application into your loan system.
For managers
Reports list customers eligible for another product, and eligible leads with no application yet, with their potential value. When the employer list changes, open leads are checked again.
What this means for the bank
Better files, faster answers, more from every customer
Fewer rejected applications
Agents submit what passes your policy, so credit and back office work on files that can book.
Faster answers on the call
The customer hears what they qualify for, and why, before the call ends.
More cross-sell
Customers who do not fit one product are matched to one they can get, and existing customers are offered top-ups and cards.
One policy, applied the same way
Every agent, branch and agency team works from the same policy matrix, with the same reasons and the same rates.
Your credit team still makes the final decision in your loan system.
