Banks sell finance and cards through hundreds of agents, many of them agency staff. Most still run them on spreadsheets, chat groups and loan-system reports, so problems show up at month end, when it is too late to fix them.
Assenta brings leads, calls, eligibility checks, applications, targets, incentives, agency payroll and training into one system. Its AI finds what needs attention and drafts the fix, and the bank decides what happens next.

People approve, AI proposes
Assenta AI finds the risk and drafts the fix. A manager reviews it and approves it, then Assenta does the work and logs it.
Data stays with the bank
Assenta runs in your data centre or your own Oracle Cloud (OCI) tenancy. There is no vendor hosting, and your bank chooses the AI model, masks the data or switches AI off.
Arabic as a first language
Right-to-left screens, Arabic search and Arabic AI answers are part of the product, not a translation pack added later.
Sales and the people who sell, managed together
