- 8AI assistants, one for every role
- 25+AI agents working across sales
- 30 minyour whole operation checked, all day
How it works
The AI proposes. A person approves. Assenta acts.
Every agentic fix in Assenta follows the same four steps, whichever AI model your bank uses.
- 01
AI finds the risk
Agents read your live sales data and spot what is off: a forecast below target, files past turnaround time, leads nobody has called.
- 02
Drafts the fix
Each finding comes with the likely cause and a concrete plan: who gets a task, which leads move, what goes to the credit team.
- 03
You approve
A manager reviews the exact plan, then approves, snoozes or dismisses it. Why? shows the reasoning behind it.
- 04
Assenta does it, and logs it
Assenta carries out the plan with its own tested actions, checking each item again first. The decision is logged.
Needs your decision
25+ AI agents check your sales operation every 30 minutes
When something is off, the agents raise a finding with its cause and a drafted fix, in English and Arabic. Managers see their findings in Needs Attention; the head of sales sees them in one list, Needs your decision.
- Approve, Snooze or Dismiss
- The drafted fix waits for a manager’s approval. Each item is checked again when it is approved, so anything that has moved on drops out.
- Why?
- Shows the cause behind each finding in plain words, so the manager knows exactly what they are approving.
- A decision log
- Every approval, snooze and dismissal is recorded, with who decided and when.
- Clears by itself
- A finding closes when the problem is solved, so the list shows only what still needs you.
What the agents watch
- Applications past turnaround time at the credit stage
- Quick wins waiting at the last stage
- Forecasts below target
- Idle agents
- Leads nobody has contacted
- Drops in sales momentum
- Drops in approval rate
- Approvals waiting for a decision
- Hot leads
- Overdue follow-ups
- Exception caps running out
- Workload imbalance between agents
- Early warnings from Risk Watcher, such as rising rejections or valuable leads going cold
The fixes it drafts
- Tasks for the right people, straight into their to-do list
- An escalation e-mail to the credit team, listing the files past turnaround time
- Uncontacted leads moved to your best-performing agents
- Leads rebalanced across the team by workload
- Chase plans for stuck applications
- Month-end gap plans: leads to push, files to fast-track, agents to coach
- Coaching plans built on each agent’s two biggest gaps
An assistant for every role
Eight assistants, one for every role
Ask in English or Arabic. Each assistant answers from live sales data, limited to the user’s own part of the bank, and leads with the verdict, then what is driving it, then what to do.
Head of sales
Asks, for example: Will personal finance hit target this month?
The whole bank: products against target, forecasts, regions and teams, the pipeline, approvals waiting, exception caps and campaigns.
Regional and sales managers
Asks, for example: Which of my teams is furthest behind, and why?
The manager’s own line: targets, teams and people compared, the pipeline by stage, approvals and coaching ideas.
Team leaders
Asks, for example: Who needs help today, and what should they do?
The team, agent by agent: bookings, stuck applications, returned files, uncontacted leads and overdue follow-ups. It can also plan the team’s day.
Sales agents
Asks, for example: What should I do today to earn more?
Their own targets, calls, leads, applications and points, and the next thing to do.
Back office
Asks, for example: Which files are past turnaround time?
The queue now, files past turnaround time, the day’s flow, quality and the main discrepancies, and any file by its number.
Follow-up and fulfilment
Asks, for example: Which returned files are oldest, and what is missing?
Open returns and what each one is missing, aged applications due a call, document pickups and today’s tasks.
CRM admin
Asks, for example: Did any job fail overnight?
The bank-wide view of the head of sales, plus system health, the data feed from your loan system and how staff use Assenta AI.
Other roles
Asks, for example: What is on my plate today?
A general assistant for every other role: their day, pipeline, approvals and tasks, under the same access rules.
Approve from the chat
When an answer recommends acting on an open finding, the manager opens the exact plan under the answer. The plan is read from Assenta, not written by the AI, and the manager approves, snoozes or dismisses it right there.
- Finds any lead or application by its number, a mobile or a customer ID, within the user’s scope
- Answers in English or Arabic, with each paragraph shown in the direction of its language
- Questions and answers are kept in a chat log for the CRM admin, or not kept, as your bank decides
Everyday AI
AI in the everyday work of sales
Assenta AI writes from your own numbers. The figures come from your data; the AI puts them into plain words.
Morning briefings
Everyone with a dashboard starts the day with a short briefing from their own numbers. Managers get yesterday, the month against target, the most urgent risk and who to meet today.
Explain this number
Tap a figure on a dashboard to see how it is worked out, how it compares with last month and the target, what is driving it, the records behind it and what to do next.
Call pitches and WhatsApp messages
For the customer’s best offers, Assenta AI writes the phone pitch and the WhatsApp message, in English or Arabic, in the agent’s and the bank’s name.
Approval briefs
Exception and transfer requests reach the approver already assessed. The rules score the facts and recommend, Assenta AI words the brief, and the approver decides.
Ask the policy
During the call, agents ask about your credit policy in plain words. Assenta AI answers only from the customer’s facts on screen and never promises an approval.
Return notes for the back office
When a file goes back to sales, Assenta AI drafts the return note and a plain list of what the customer must bring, in English and Arabic.
AI on your terms
Your model, your rules, your record
Assenta AI runs on the model your bank approves, and your bank decides how much data it sees.
Three AI modes
On
Every AI feature uses the model your bank has approved.
Masked
Before anything leaves Assenta, ID numbers, mobiles, IBANs, e-mails and customer names are replaced with placeholders, then put back in the answer.
[ID][MOBILE][NAME1]
Off
Nothing is sent. Briefings, findings and approval briefs use template text built from the same numbers, so the work goes on.
Your model, in your country
Point Assenta at the AI model your bank approves, in your own country or your own cloud. Nothing else in Assenta changes.
Every AI call logged
Each call is recorded with the feature, user, time, items masked and result. Every decision on a finding goes in the decision log.
Only what the user may see
Assistants follow the same access rules as every list and report, so each person gets answers about their own part of the bank.
Figures from your data
Numbers come from your database, with the same rules as the dashboards. The AI words them; the plans you approve are built by Assenta’s rules, not by the model.
